What if my heating or plumbing problem is urgent?

Please call 015242 62330 to discuss the problem and check availability rather than relying on an email for urgent help.

If you suspect a gas leak or an immediate safety risk, move to a safe place and contact the appropriate emergency service. Do not wait for a reply to an online enquiry.
